1.       Click ‘Send Money’ option from browse services in homepage or go to Services menu from footer to reach Send Money option

3.       Enter receiver account details

Make sure you are entering 26-digit IBAN number

Enter account holder first name and last name exactly as written in bank records

4.       Enter the amount that you would like to send.

5.       Confirm the transaction. 

Most of the transfers are credited within 10 minutes if the receiver bank is Dubai Commercial Bank, Al Fardan Exchange, Emirates NBD, Finance House, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Habib Bank AG Zurich, Mashreq Bank and National Bank of Fujairah.

For other banks, transfers made before 6 PM are generally credited the same day or the next working day.

Yes, 2 AED + VAT is charged for each transaction. 

You can send money up to your remaining monthly top-up limit.  Total fund-out limit (including all money transfer and payment transactions) is AED 25,000.

Most of the money transfers to UAE bank account are credited within the same day, there might be delay if you initiated the transfer after banking working hours. In that case, it will be credited the next working day.

If 2 working days have passed since the fund-out transaction was initiated, your transaction might be on hold and you will need to contact our customer care team and provide yours and the beneficiary's Emirates ID or passport copy in order for us to release the transaction. If you are not able to provide required documents, the amount will be refunded to your e & money account within 5 working days. 

It means that the transfer is successfully initiated by e& money and request has been sent to the bank. The processing time for the transfer is varying from bank to bank. Mostly within same day or at most next working day, it will be credited to receiver’s account.

1.       Click ‘To mobile number’

2.       Allow access to contact list to easily select receiver’s mobile number. You can enter phone number manually as well.

3.       After selecting receiver, enter the amount and confirm. 

It is instant transfer. If receiver already has e& money account and completed registration, money will be credited immediately.

If receiver doesn’t have an e& money account or s/he did not complete registration, money will be credited immediately after they complete their registration. 

No, it is completely free.

No, it is not required.  You can send money to the receiver who doesn’t have e& money account or you can request money from the person who doesn’t have e& money account.

If the recipient does not register within 7 days, the funds are automatically refunded to your account.

  1. You need to have a complete registered profile.
  2. If your Emirates ID expired more than 90 days, you are not allowed to send money to either bank account or e& money account. You need to transfer within 90 days of Emirates ID expiry. 

If your Emirates ID has expired and you haven’t updated it for over 90 days, you cannot make transfers. Contact customer care for assistance.

1.       Click ‘Request Money’ menu from browse services in homepage or go to Services menu from footer to reach Request Money

 

2.       Allow access to contact list to easily select mobile number. You can enter phone number manually also.

3.       Enter the amount you would like to request and confirm.

4.       The person you have requested money from will be notified about your request.

5.       Your request will remain active for 7 days. If within 7 days, your request is not accepted, it will be cancelled automatically. 

1.       Go to Request Money menu

2.       You will see your active requests

3.       Click on the request or you can select the person directly to whom you requested money

4.       You will see status of the request, you can send reminder or cancel the request if it is in pending status.
