Cash out can be done at Lari Exchange, Al Fardan Exchange, Wall Street Exchange and Rostamani Exchange. Cash out can also be done via e& money prepaid card through any ATM.

For cash out through agents, kindly visit one of the exchange house. You can find available location in e& money application.

1.       Go to e& money application

2.       Click ‘Cash out’ under browse services on homepage or Services section

3.       Click Location icon on the right side to find available agent locations

4.       When you visit the agent, scan the QR code or enter agent ID to initiate cash out. Kindly note that if your Emirates ID is expired, you cannot do cash out. Please make sure that you have updated your Emirates ID in e& money application before doing cash out

5.       Enter the amount, that you would like to cash out and then confirm the transaction.

6.       When transaction is successful, agent will give amount to you. 

Yes, there is a fee of AED 4.99 plus VAT for each cash-out transaction.
