All private sector employers registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) must register for and use the Wage Protection System (WPS) payroll solution.
If you are a new customer, please submit the form to have a Relationship Manager reach out. Existing corporate payroll clients should check their registered business email for setup instructions.
Once your onboarding is approved via email, you can complete your sign-up. Just use your registered email and mobile number to set up your account.
Corporates can use your online banking to transfer salary amount with the applicable charges if any to the assigned IBAN. We will automatically add funds to your business wallet account.
To run payroll, start by registering your employees in the portal and funding your business IBAN account. Once funded, simply upload your salary file through the portal to initiate payments.
If your payroll submission fails, the system will display a validation message explaining the error. Simply correct the highlighted issues and re-submit the file to meet WPS requirements.
