easyCredit by e& FinCo provides instant, affordable, and convenient access to a small cash limit within your e& money wallet. This service is particularly beneficial in emergency situations, such as paying bills, transferring funds, or managing urgent expenses.
Key features include:
Credit Limit: Your assigned credit limit can range from AED 100 to AED 1,500. The available limit is displayed on the easyCredit homepage within the app.
Loan Drawdown: Each time you utilize a portion of your credit limit, it is treated as a separate loan. You may take multiple loans, provided the total does not exceed your remaining available limit. For example, with a limit of AED 1,000, you could take five loans of AED 200 each or any other combination within your limit.
Repayment Period: Each loan has a repayment period of 30 days.
Usage: You may use the loan to fund transactions within the app or withdraw it as cash.
Repayment Methods: Each loan must be repaid in full (principal + service fee + VAT) using one of the available repayment methods. If repaid via your e& UAE mobile bill, repayment aligns with the mobile billing cycle, with payment due between the 1st and 15th of each month.
Eligibility for easyCredit is determined automatically by e& FinCo based on several factors. You are more likely to qualify if you:
• Consistently pay your e& UAE mobile bills in full and on time.
• Are an active user of the e& money app, with no outstanding dues or history of account suspension.
• Meet any additional criteria set by e& FinCo in accordance with their credit risk policies.
A one-time service fee of 8% of your loan amount is charged, plus an additional 5% VAT.
Example:
For a loan of AED 100, the total repayment amount will be AED 108.40 (inclusive of the 8% service fee and 5% VAT).
Late Payment Fees:
• AED 15 is charged if payment is 3 days past due.
• An additional AED 15 is charged if payment is 30 days past due.
• e& FinCo will continue to attempt collection of overdue repayments at various intervals until the amount is fully recovered.
Any changes to easyCredit fees will be communicated to customers 60 days in advance.

• Navigate to Services → Loans → easyCredit.
• Provide your consent. You will see a short tutorial about easyCredit.
• If you’re eligible, you can enter your loan amount and continue.
• If you’re currently not eligible, a message will inform you that you are waitlisted and may qualify in the future.
